We may be away from the hustle and bustle of main town life, but still gives our owners the best of both worlds with nature, coastal and beach walks right on our door step, to a day on the golf course or the fun and excitement on the pier at Paignton or a day at our Blue-Flag Goodrington beach to an entertaining night out in Torquay, there is something to suit everyone and every occasion.

There are local buses and the famous steam railway and river boats for a trip out. Plus, plenty of local historical and architectural locations such as Brixham harbour along with some great eateries from cream teas to a Bistro lunch with many local eateries allowing your 4-legged friend to accompany you.

Our Willerby Cadence is the complete package with a full glass wrapped decking and views over the park, wake up and enjoy a coffee and take in the fresh sea air. The Willerby Cadence has a stunning entrance space perfect for pets and children to be in and out enjoying the fresh air. The open plan leads into the kitchen with its light modern duck-egg blue/grey cabinets and spacious floor. This kitchen comes complete with a built-in full fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and accompanied by an oven, hob and grill and extractor fan and plenty of storage cupboards and work tops.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the holiday home and comes complete with a large bed set against a large headboard, bedside, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower plus there is a dressing table with mirror and plug sockets and a TV socket. This room has bags of light from the large side window. Its everything you need for a peaceful night’s sleep.

This family bathroom comes complete with full size bath with an overhead shower, w.c. basin with above vanity unit and is very modern in design and has lots of floor space.

The second bedroom comes with twin beds and a walk-in wardrobe and a bedside table plus a dressing mirror, shelf and plug sockets, perfect for any guest staying.
