We may be away from the hustle and bustle of main town life, but still gives our owners the best of both worlds with nature, coastal and beach walks right on our door step, to a day on the golf course or the fun and excitement on the pier at Paignton or a day at our Blue-Flag Goodrington beach to an entertaining night out in Torquay, there is something to suit everyone and every occasion.

There are local busses and the famous steam railway and river boats for a trip out. Plus, plenty of local historical and architectural locations such as Brixham harbour along with some great eateries from cream teas to a Bistro lunch with many local eateries allowing your 4-legged friend to accompany you.

Our Victory Lakewood is the complete package with a glass wrapped decking and one of the best views available on the park, wake up and enjoy a coffee on the decking and take in the English Riviera. From your coffee to Al fresco dining or just to catch a little vitamin D and just kick back and relax and watch the boats go by, this decking will be the perfect place.

The Victory Lakewood has a stunning entrance space perfect for pets to dry off plus there is a handy double wardrobe for coats, hovers etc and all doors lead from here.

The first leads into the kitchen with its modern sleek cabinets and black fixtures and fitting. This kitchen comes complete with a built-in full fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and accompanied by an oven, hob and grill and extractor fan. There is plenty of storage cupboards and work tops. My personal favourite is the view from the kitchen sink!

Leading on from here with ample of space you will find a free-standing dining table and chairs.

Then we are in to the lounge area. There are two comfy sofas where one is also a sofa bed perfect for a movie night in or relaxing with your favourite people. There is a fire place unit with ample space above for a large TV and holds an electric flame effect fire. All this leads to the terrace doors and onto the decking where a perfect evening can be spent with a glass of wine and watch the boats come home or just gaze at the stars.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the holiday home and comes complete with a large bed set against a large headboard, bedside tables, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower, these are cleverly hidden by mirrored doors which reflex’s the sea outside and is extremely tranquil. There is a dressing table with mirror and plug sockets and a TV socket. This room has bags of light from the large side window. Its everything you need for a peaceful night’s sleep.

This family bathroom comes complete with a double size shower, w.c. basin with above vanity unit and is very modern in design and has lots of floor space.

The second bedroom comes with twin beds of 3ft by 6ft and a half size wardrobe and a bedside table, shelf and plug sockets, perfect for any guest staying.
