Flint, Flintshire

Flint is a town and community in Flintshire, Wales, on the River Dee. It is situated between the towns of Mold and Holywell and is the administrative center of the county. With a population of over 6,000, Flint is a vibrant and historic town, with a range of interesting attractions.

The town is home to the impressive Flint Castle, built by Edward I in 1277, and the ruins of Flint Abbey. The area is also known for its industrial heritage, including former tinplate works, chemical factories and a paper mill.
