DESCRIPTION
Luscombe Maye is delighted to bring to market 49 Oaklands Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached home situated in a popular cul-de-sac location. The property benefits from having an enclosed rear garden, a single garage and off street parking for 4/5 cars. 49 Oaklands Park is situated approximately a 20 minute walk away from the town centre, which has local amenities, as well as the local primary school.

An entrance porch with space to hang coats and store boots leads into the galley kitchen which comprises a range of matching floor and wall mounted units with room for a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer. A further door leads through to the living room fitted with an electric fire. Towards the rear of the home there is an additional reception room which the current vendors enjoy as a dining room and this leads into the conservatory. On the ground floor you can also find the third bedroom which enjoys views over the rear garden as well as the modern fitted family bathroom which comprises bath with shower over head, pedestal hand basin, W.C and heated towel rail.

Stairs ascend to the first floor landing and access two of the bedrooms. From the first floor landing, a door leads you into the eaves where there is ample room for storage.

BUCKFASTLEIGH
The town of Buckfastleigh, is on the south-eastern edge of Dartmoor. It is a small and interesting market town and originally an important wool centre. The town has a full range of facilities and amenities, including a primary school, churches, and easy access to the A38 Expressway. The immediate area has several important visitor attractions including Buckfast Abbey, the South Devon Railway, the Butterfly Farm and Otter Sanctuary, and the Valiant Soldier, formerly a Dartmoor pub and now a museum with a fifties theme. Buckfastleigh Church is at the heart of some of Dartmoor's ghostly legends, one of which was the inspiration for Conan Doyle's The Hound of the Baskervilles.

The area is host to a wide choice of recreational activities with Dartmoor on the doorstep, the coast within easy reach and both Plymouth and Exeter easily accessible. The historic Elizabethan town of Totnes is within about 6 miles and has a mainline railway station offering services to Plymouth, Exeter and on to Bristol, Cardiff and London.
