DIRECTIONS

From the centre of Kingston village, proceed onto Westentown and turn left onto the unmetalled track with the wooden gate marked 'private'. Proceed for 50 yards and the entrance gate to the fields will be found on the right hand side. This entrance drive, linking directly to the public highway, forms part of the freehold being sold.

Alternatively proceed into Kingston village via Orcheton Lane, at Four Cross junction turn right towards Ringmore following the signs towards the Dolphin Inn.
