• Reserve your unit with a signed reservation form
• Provide certified ID, proof of address and proof of funds to Pure Investor
• Pay a £3000 non-refundable reservation fee
• 20% deposit due on exchange of contracts
• Remaining 80% balance due on completion less reservation fee of £3,000 estimated Q4 2025 – Q1 2026
