Mingulay is a sizeable development plot nestled in the middle of Glen Eason within the village of Lochranza taking in the spectacular mountain rural views, the perfect spot to enjoy spotting the local wildlife, including red deer and eagles. It is close to all the amenities within the thriving village, which include the Lochranza Distillery, village hall and community owned Lochranza Country Inn.

Bothy/ Garage
The bothy/ garage is originally a stone cottage. It is currently configured and utilised as a garage with bothy/office accommodation, benefitting with electricity and running water. This building requires extensive redevelopment.
The Bungalow
The bungalow is a Arcon Mark V which is constructed of asbestos cement panels and light steel frame and rendered externally this building is in a poor condition.
