A word from the current owners: Our family (the Smiths) are very sad to be selling 11 Okeford Drive, Tring. It s a truly amazing location; the sun rises over Tring Park every morning and hits the house, giving us beautiful views and a wonderful start to each day. The park and school are immediately accessible via a gate, and the road is blissfully quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac with no houses on the opposite side of the road, ideal for peaceful sleep, but also learning to ride a bike or jumping a ramp on a BMX whilst giving your parents a mild heart attack. The neighbours are awesome, in fact only a few houses have ever changed hands on this road because of the prime location. I (Mr Smith) own and run a growing business which takes up an increasing amount of my time, and now we no longer have the time to invest in refurbishing / updating our home. We plan to stay in Tring, moving to a house that s been recently built or refurbished.

Whoever ends up with this house will be very lucky, it has huge potential to extend and update. The garage is a hoarder s dream, the gardens easy to maintain and the rooms are spacious and light. We fitted a new powerful boiler last year, new radiators fitted throughout and have had the walls insulated to a good standard.

We d be pleased to entertain offers above and below the seven 1 s asking price, which we think represents the uniqueness of 11 Okeford Drive, Tring.
