A stylish three-bedroom home on Mina Road close to St Werburghs City Farm and climbing centre. The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby leading into a living room with engineered oak flooring. The room is filled with natural light thanks to two large windows. At the rear is an open-plan kitchen/dining room with access out to the rear garden. The kitchen is fitted with modern wall and base units and contrasting wood countertops. The space is perfect for entertaining and has space for a table and chairs and views out onto the enclosed rear garden.
On the first floor, you find the first two bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom three is located at the front of the property and is currently used as a study/guest bedroom. On the middle of this floor you have the family bathroom with a traditional white suite. Bedroom two is to the rear of the property and benefits from views over the rear garden.
As you move upstairs you find the master bedroom with a stylish en-suite bathroom, built-in storage and a separate space that is currently used as a nursery but would also make an excellent home office.
Externally you have an enclosed rear garden which faces west. The garden features an artificial lawn, raised beds and a decked seating area to the rear
It's a beautifully presented family home located within 1 mile of the city centre and is offered with no onward chain.
Vendor's comments - St Werburghs is a special community to be part of. It benefits from being close to the city centre while retaining its own individual feel. We have the green space of Narroways nature reserve only a few steps from the house which provides tranquillity and closeness to nature. The community farm is minutes from our house and hosts lots of family friendly events throughout the year. The Miners Arms opposite the house is an excellent community pub to relax in with friends and the landlord is respectful to its neighbours. We are lucky to have lovely neighbours who look out for each other. We have loved living in the house for the last 7 years. We enjoy hosting friends and family to stay in its well-sized bedrooms and having long summer BBQs in the sunny garden.
