There are Two Double Bedrooms, one with a built-in wardrobe and one with hanging space. Each have a leaded window to the front enjoying views over the gardens to the paddock beyond. There is a pretty single Bedroom with leaded window to the side. The Bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a suite of panelled bath with shower and screen over, wash basin and WC. Tiled floor, contemporary tiled walls and leaded window to the rear.
OUTSIDE
Rear Gardens and Additional Land - 1.2 acres with a large gravelled yard/parking area with ample space for residents and guests.
