From our office proceed out of Looe along Station Road and after passing the Station on your left take the right hand junction onto St Martins Hill. Follow this road passing Looe Bay Holiday Park and continue towards Hessenford. Upon arriving into Hessenford, turn right for Seaton & Downderry. Follow this road and continue through Seaton, carrying on up the hill towards Downderry. On reaching the centre of the village turn left, into Trerieve, opposite the entrance to the "Inn on the Shore" and continue up the hill. Follow the road around the bend and continue towards the end of the road. The property can be found on your left opposite some recently built homes.
