Proceed out of Looe towards Plymouth and Liskeard. After passing the Railway Station on your left take the next right signposted Plymouth. Follow this road up the hill and take the second right into Barbican Road. Continue on this road passing the school on your right. Turn left and after just a few yards you will see a left turn into a small cul de sac. At the bottom of the cul de sac there is a path which leads to the property.
