Step through the double doors into the spacious open-plan living room and feel instantly at home. The log effect glass-fronted fire, set in a light oak display unit with contrasting cupboard fronts, is perfect for cosy winter days.

The kitchen is a cook's dream, fully equipped with a five-burner hob, splashback, extractor hood, gas oven and grill, integral microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Cream-coloured worktops and plenty of cupboard space make it easy to store all your culinary essentials, food, and everyday crockery.

A half-glazed door from the living area leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a striking padded headboard in gold and ruby, matching curtains, and a dressing area stool. Light oak furniture, including over-bed cupboards, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a dressing table, enhances the room’s elegance. Plus, there's the added benefit of an en-suite shower room.

The second and third bedrooms are equally inviting, each with twin beds, matching padded headboards and curtains, wardrobes, and a bedside cabinet between the beds.

Off the hallway, you'll find a second shower room with ample storage space.

The price includes all siting, connections and safety tests, pitch fees until 2024, a full valet prior to handover, and decking. We are open all year round.
