* The holiday park cannot be used as a primary/permanent residence.
* 16 years remaining on the lease, taking you to Jul 2040.
* If you want the park to manage your bookings, there is a 20% management fee.
* If you sell your caravan before the end of the leasehold (like this) there is a 15% transfer fee.
* At the end of the leasehold there is a £500 fee to remove the caravan.
