Lower Priory is a small historic hamlet at the top of the Havens Head Lake on the south-east outskirts of the town. The Pub is adjacent to a stream and mature woodland - a very pretty location.

Milford Haven itself has a population of around 14,000 and a good range of amenities including the popular Marina area, shops, restaurants and schools plus sports facilities including the nearby championship golf course etc..

In conjunction with the adjacent 11th Century Priory Ruins, Priory Inn is a Grade II* Listed Building. It has great charm and incorporates some fine features including an 'Inglenook' fireplace and a vaulted ceiling etc..

Due to the convenient position and the size of both the Pub and Grounds, Priory Inn offers huge potential - not just as a Pub but in respect of a Restaurant and for functions (perhaps weddings etc.).

Subject to consent, there is ample space for an extension(s). Interested parties must make their own enquiries with the Planning Department of Pembrokeshire County Council on 01437 764551.
