Standing out within this high-quality gated town centre development, this stylish and immaculate 4th floor apartment offers unusually bright and spacious contemporary living with a private balcony facing South-East and enjoying views across the London skyline. Baldwin Court is part of a contemporary gated development built in 2018 by Redrow Homes and features a concierge service (open 7 to 7 every day), residents-only gymnasium, passenger lift, cycle storage and excellent security systems. The accommodation includes a generous 22ft open-plan living space with full-height glazed wall and door to the balcony plus a luxuriously appointed kitchen with all conveniences. There is also a double bedroom with generous built-in wardrobe, a contemporary bathroom suite and a large utility/storage cupboard.

Finished to an excellent standard and featuring a high specification with underfloor heating and a Nuaire ventilation system, a modern property such as this brings many benefits including excellent energy efficiency (B-Rated), low outgoings, a video entry system and effortless town centre living, making it ideal as a place to live or popular for investment with higher rents achieved.

Perfectly situated in Harrow town centre with all amenities on your doorstep, there is excellent access to central London using the nearby fast air-conditioned Metropolitan and Chiltern Line services to Aldgate and Marylebone at Harrow on the Hill station.  There are also local bus routes and major motorways nearby with  good access via public transport to the London airports.  For recreation, the development has a central play area, whilst the nearby  village Conservation Area of Harrow on the Hill is a delightful place to take a walk, with green open spaces to enjoy and a number of upmarket coffee shops, cocktail bars and pub restaurants for entertaining.

Notes from the Owner;
We were attracted to this flat for its location, and we have not been disappointed. Its 2 minutes walk from Harrow town centre, which has an excellent range of shops, and less than 5 minutes from the station, which takes you into Zone 1 in less than 20 minutes. Despite being in such a central position, the flat is in a surprisingly quiet spot and what is more, it really is a suntrap! We love chilling on our balcony at the end of the day and strolling up to the lovely area on Harrow on the Hill on the weekends for a walk and a coffee.
