What the owners say:
Over the last eleven years, we have lovingly refurbished this home whilst also raising our young family. The apartment is wonderfully bright with the south facing open plan living space, and large sash windows throughout. We love being on the top floor with lovely green views from the front and back of the flat, and no noise from above, but the real gem is the quiet and peaceful rose garden which despite being north facing catches the sun for most of the day due to its position at the rear.
The location couldn't be better with Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park, Regent's Park and Highgate Woods all within a 5-10 minute drive. We love having a host of independent shops at the top of our road including an amazing butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer and craft beer store, not to mention the fabulous restaurants and cafes.
Leisurely Saturday mornings are spent at the local farmers market held in Yerbury Primary, and there is a great community feel here. We have made good friends with all of our neighbours - we have really loved being part of this community and will miss this apartment greatly.
