This sizeable and beautifully presented four/ five bedroom detached house has a fantastic location with its easy access to the village with all its facilities, has fantastic village and rural views, great outside space and has two driveways with impressive off street parking.

The property is used as a very generous family home with all its light and airy rooms and also has great potential in our opinion, if required, to create a separate ground floor annexe that could have its own garden area and driveway (subject to any relevant consents).

The house has a generous and impressive plot with its two garden areas, two driveways, a large timber deck, a generous first floor balcony, a patio area with a hot tub (available subject to negotiation) and a detached outside office.

The main garden, large deck and the first floor balcony have the benefit of being a real sun trap with their southerly aspect.

The property also has solar panels which means the property is energy efficient, benefits from cost efficient electricity and has the added advantage of battery packs to store the free electricity generated.
?
The first floor inner hallway features light oak newel posts, handrails and spindles on either side of the staircase to the ground floor entranced hallway. There is a feature matching oak secondary turning staircase that leads to the second floor semi galleried landing.

From the inner hallway there is access to the large kitchen that has oak style flooring, is fitted with a modern range of cream fronted kitchen units with lengths of woodblock worksurfaces and from the kitchen there are lovely village and rural views. The kitchen features integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer, there is a stainless steel fronted range style cooker with two ovens, separate grill and five ring gas hob and with a stainless steel/glass canopied extractor fan above.

The kitchen leads to the dining room with it's oak style flooring, there is access to the large balcony and there are also lovely village and rural views.

A wide opening gives access to the magnificent and very spacious lounge that has impressive views, matching the dining room and there is a fireplace with slate hearth and a Morso cylindrical wood burner.

From the first floor inner hallway there is also access to the fifth double bedroom with it's double glazed double doors leading out to the rear patio, that could also be used as a family/TV room, if required.

There is a sizeable family bathroom that is fitted with a modern white suite with a shower cubicle and a panel enclosed jacuzzi style corner bath.

Off the first floor inner hallway a glazed door leads to the utility room/ rear porch.

The second floor galleried landing leads to the master bedroom with it's fantastic village and rural views and there are views looking down towards the quay. The master bedroom is a spacious room with access to it's en-suite shower room that is also fitted with a modern white suite.

Off the same landing is the second large double bedroom that has a dressing area, similar views to the main bedroom, glimpses of fishing boats in the harbour and there is access to it's en-suite shower room that is also fitted with a modern white suite.

As previously mentioned the ground floor hallway gives access to bedroom three and four, which are both substantial double bedrooms, both have lovely village and rural views and bedroom three features a walk-in wardrobe.

Entrance hallway, first floor inner hallway, kitchen, dining room, balcony, lounge, bedroom 5/ family room/ TV room, family bathroom and rear entrance/ utility room. There are two sizeable second floor en-suite double bedrooms and there are two further double bedrooms on the ground floor.

Gardens, back and front, large timber deck, two driveways, outside detached office, garden store and there is a basement under floor storage area. Double glazing, oil fired central heating.
