Owner's Perspective - "The house is a lovely family home. This has worked perfectly for us to be a home to raise our children with space for family to stay over too. The upstairs is spacious ensuring we all have our own area, particularly our teenage son having his own ensuite. The downstairs kitchen/diner is a perfect place for family meals and entertaining. The office is a valuable space for when working from home and the lounge is a comfortable place to relax in an evening. The garden is the perfect sun trap which is private and not overlooked. The two levels ensure lots of space for dining, entertaining, relaxing and playing. The estate is lovely and quiet and we often have windows and the patio door open to hear the birds signing in the trees behind. We have loved growing our family at Hermitage Close. It is a fabulous location for all with walking distance to Ashbourne. We will be sad to leave this house, however, we are keen to spread our wings and give rural Derbyshire a go taking us back to childhood memories in the countryside."
