Sellers Comments...
We have spent 15 happy years at Priest Avenue. We extended and refurbished completely and created our ideal family home which is in great condition. The road is great too, particularly in spring when the blossom and spring flowers are out. Incidentally it’s also really convenient for jumping onto the A329M and the M4. We enjoy the reception space, particularly long family meals at the weekend in the kitchen diner. Our two boys have thoroughly enjoyed spending many hours in the mature, private garden, kicking a football, going on bug hunts, and playing on their climbing frame. The boys have also loved the wildlife, including woodpeckers, hedgehogs and much more. The access onto Clay Lane even means they have a scenic walk to school. We’ve got lots of happy memories of the house and will be sad to leave. We know that whoever buys it will create happy memories of their own!

Agents Comments...
If you're a resident of Wokingham then you probably already know Priest Avenue! One of the most sough-after roads in RG40 and this one is a beauty. Spanning over 2000 square feet this property has been loved, cared for, and tastefully updated by the current owners who have called this home for the last 15 years. Internally the property flows seemlessly with the beautiful kitchen/diner to the back with bi-fold doors onto the patio and all bedroom sizes are well proportioned and generous. Typical of a 1950s house the garden is huge and has everything - large patio space, lawn, flower beds, vegetable patch, kids play area and secure rear access also onto Clay Lane behind.
