We bought this house off plan in 2016 as part of the new development at Montague park. We initially chose Montague Park for its proximity to both Wokingham town centre and easy access to the M4, M3, and A329M. Additionally, from here there is easy access to Bracknell and Reading town centres by car or with a bus service that connects the two via Wokingham centre. We have wonderful neighbours and the wider community is friendly and welcoming. There are ample play-parks, duck ponds, a Co-op, and good primary and secondary schools all within a short walk of the house. Additionally, there are excellent nurseries a short drive away. Buckhurst Meadows at the top of the development is a great place for nature walks and enjoyed by many dog owners. It has been a wonderful place for us to raise our young family.

We were initially drawn to the house for its size and layout. We enjoy the large kitchen with double doors into the garden. This has been especially wonderful in the summer as the new honed sandstone patio offers us an indoor-outdoor living experience. Having two reception rooms has been fantastic as our family has grown. The downstairs providing a great play space or room for entertaining during the day and the upstairs room, a lounge for relaxing in the evening. We have enjoyed using the balcony which has a lot of light in the summer evenings and is perfect for enjoying sundowners. We have made some improvements to the house over the years including professionally boarding the loft fully for extra storage. The garage is larger than average with epoxy resin floor, automatic door lifter and plenty of space for all the things a garage should hold including the car. We have been very happy here and hope the next owners will find as much joy.
