We purchased Blagrove Drive as our first home nearly 8 years ago. What drew us to this house was the end of terrace position with a large corner plot, flexible living and the very quiet area. Over the years we have updated the garden, conservatory, bathroom, windows and had a new porch built. This has led to us being very comfortable with our now 6 year old son and happy dog!

We are lucky to have a great group of neighbours who quite often have a get together on the lawn area out the front. There are a mix of young families (the popular Evendons School a short walk away) as well as households that have lived here since the houses were built in 1969!

The thing for me is that not only have you got opportunity over time and subject to planning to build and utilise the plot to your advantage, your next home is also perfectly positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a private garden which is tranquilly quiet.

Within a short walk there is a wonderful pub to enjoy a beer or glass of wine, maybe even a spot of dinner.

The key for me is that for any family looking to get their children into an excellent primary school, there is Evendons Primary located near by.
