The house is in a fantastic location for either a short or long walks. Me and my four legged companions will definitely miss the beautiful forest walks in Swinley forest and Crowthorne woods. The convenience of Owlsmoor shops is a short walk away for all the essentials and alongside that, a wonderful friendly and safe neighbourhood around us. The house is fabulous for families as there are two (3?) schools and a nursery within walking distance from the house. Local park has some lovely climbing frames and swings for children, with a nice open area where you can play ball games.

This is such a superb spot for anyone with children with the school just around the corner, not to mention a whole host of others things like parks and green spaces nearby. As you can see this home has excellent space on offer both upstairs and downstairs whilst still offering potential to extend.

At the front you have an entrance hall which leads you into the kitchen which is a good size with plenty of cupboard space. You then have a well proportioned living space with more storage under the stairs. Moving towards the back of the house, you have double doors which lead onto the conservatory which offers a great additional space and is current setup as the dining area. This room really does come into its own on sunny days as the garden is south facing.

Upstairs is very much a traditional three bedroom layout with two great sized double bedrooms and a third smaller single room which is currently being used as a walk-in wardrobe but could make an ideal study. The bathroom has been refitted and is a good size as you can see.
As we've mentioned, the south aspect garden gets lots of sun and is very private which is perfect for entertaining in the warmer months, whilst to the side there is a separate garage. The house also offers an opportunity to add a front porch like next door (STP). This house is in a great location sitting just tucked off of Church Road, once of the many entrances to Swinley Forest is just a few minutes walk around the corner. The home sits within many popular school catchments but is only a few minutes walk from both Owlsmoor Primary School and Sandhurst Secondary School. You've also got a parade of shops on Yeovil Road for your everyday essentials. But within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you like the idea of having green space to walk around and a playpark for the children, then this is perfect as Sandhurst Memorial and Snaprails park is less than a mile away from your door. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
