Sellers Comment...
I bought this house primarily due to its location and close proximity to both Wokingham Town Centre and Wokingham train station, which are both within a 15 minute walk. The house is in a very quite location considering its proximity to town, with lovely walks in nearby Woosehill. It is a great place to live with everything you need on your doorstep.

Will & Mike's Comment...
This three bedroom property offers the perfect opportunity for a first time buyer or great investment. The home sits at the end of a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of Wokingham railway station and town centre. The current seller has thoroughly enjoyed his time here and made many improvements throughout. This includes a new boiler, electrics, new kitchen/breakfast room and bathroom. As you step into the entrance hall, you have plenty of storage options available. This then flows into the kitchen which offers a wide range of fitted storage units and good quality, integrated appliances. The lounge is at the back of the home and has a beautiful fireplace, stairs to the first floor and double doors leading to the conservatory/dining room which overlooks the south-facing garden. One of our favourite features is the parquet flooring. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms with the two doubles having built-in storage. This home also benefits from having a garage in a block, a front garden area and a private rear garden with lawn and patio area. Houses along this road are always popular and this will be no exception!

Area Comment...
This home sits on the doorstep to Wokingham Town centre and is only a 15 minute walk. Wokingham has been updated with its regeneration over the past few years and offers such a varied range of amenities. Everything is easily accessible, from coffee shops to local boutique shops and supermarkets. You literally have everything you need within a short walk. Wokingham train station provides direct access into Reading and London too. For anyone needing to commute, this is in the perfect spot.
