I moved into this beautiful flat 20 years ago because I loved the area and its closeness to Ascot High Street and the café culture. 


I never thought I would live in such a prestigious area. Its close to all motorways with just a 10 minute drive to Windsor and Bracknell. It also has the convenience of a bus stop right outside with a direct coach to London each day and a train station to London or Reading, just a 15 minute walk down the road.


Its a quiet area even though the road is close by and I don’t hear a thing! The other occupants in the flats are professionals so no noise. The flat is very spacious with a dual aspect lounge that floods with light and a large kitchen with a huge window. Wooden floors throughout and a modern feel in the flat. The flat surroundings inside and out are very well maintained. The interior has just been fully decorated. Its a wonderful place to live and an opportunity to live in Royal Ascot. I will be sad to say goodbye to this flat.

Paddock House is a lovely development which is on the same site as the well known landmark of Grand Regency Heights. As you enter this ground floor apartment, you are met by it's comfortably wide hallway which gives you access to most of the rooms and two storage cupboards. The bedroom is a good size double room with double built in wardrobe and views over the grassy bank that surrounds the block. The bathroom has a white three piece suit with shower over bath and extractor fan. The living room has dual aspect windows and could easily suit most layouts. The fireplace is not a permanent fixture so it could be removed or moved depending on how you want to configure it. The kitchen is accessed via a door from the living room, very handy of you want to keep cooking smells or the noise of the washing machine in the kitchen! I feel the kitchen is a really good size compared to most one bedroom apartments, it has a wide window which lets in lots of light and plenty of cupboard space. There is allocated parking for one vehicle and you get a permit for a second full time car or for visitors.
