The Seller's view...
When I was looking for my first home I needed somewhere that I could easily share to make it affordable. Drifters Drive was ideal with two equally sized double bedrooms both with their own en suites, so no sharing of bathroom facilities needed, making it an ideal rental property too. However, it was even better than that, internally it's perfectly formed, has its own separate garage and a manageable garden. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of wonderful countryside on the doorstep whilst also having easy access to the M3, various train stations, a local supermarket just up the road and now a lovely family friendly pub serving delicious food within easy walking distance. What's not to like!

The Agent's view...
Set on the outskirts of the Dettingen Park development in Deepcut is this wonderful two bedroom home on Drifters Drive. The property is presented to a really clean standard throughout and it has been kept immaculately by the current tenants. The ground floor offers a fairly traditional design with kitchen and WC to the front and reception room to the rear, with French doors leading to the easily maintained and barely overlooked rear garden. Upstairs is where things really get interesting, there are two double bedrooms each with their own en suite! This design of two bedroom home is rarely found and offers a buyer so much flexibility, whether it's to be lived in or rented out. The boiler has very recently been replaced giving peace of mind when the colder months come back round again. The garage is set only a few meters away and there is plenty of parking on the road to the rear and residents parking area at the other end of the terrace. Sold with no onward chain, but if bought as an investment the tenants would be happy stay on.

The Area view...
Dettingen Park is nestled nicely between forests and the regenerated village of Deepcut. There are new cycling and walking trails nearby so you can explore the village while keeping active. Local shops are easily accessed if you need a few bits for the fridge, but if you need to do the "big shop", Waitrose & Sainsbury's aren't too far away either. There are a few great eateries nearby and the new pub The Frog is well worth a visit for a bite to eat or a few evening beverages. For the budding golfer Pine Ridge Golf Club is literally down the road. If commuting is a big part of your life, the 48 bus stops only a four minute walk away and this can take you to Frimley Green or Brookwood train stations, both are on the mainline to London Waterloo, the M3 motorway isn't far away either.
