The house is perfect in terms of location, size and modernisation. We moved here because of its access to local train stations, town centre and because it is a developing area.

We were drawn to the greenery and open spaces in the local area, which are complemented by the area’s close proximity to London. We also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere of the neighbourhood.

Mindenhurst is lovely! It's a well laid out estate with thoughtfully designed homes! There are rarely two bedroom homes available on the estate and this one is a great size and in great condition! Get in touch to arrange your viewing!
