Welcome to our house! Selling this house is very bittersweet as we have loved living here for the past 5 years. Pre-child, we loved its close proximity to town and the Local pubs. Now that we have our daughter, our priorities have changed somewhat and we enjoy visiting the many local green spaces, play parks, canal, soft plays and the library. We have the loveliest of neighbours who we got to know very well during the pandemic via a Netherhouse Neighbours group chat! We’re sure you’ll love it here.

What a FAB home this is! A brilliant location, in a quiet cul-de-sac, in lovely condition, and a house that can potentially grow with you due to its unique plot size! One to definitely come and have a look at!

Area Comment:

Fleet & Church Crookham are located in the North East corner of Hampshire with excellent transport and commuter links via junction 4a for the M3 and Fleet's mainline train station providing direct access to London Waterloo. The area is served by many, very well known local schools catering for all ages of children and there are a host of local amenities including Fleet Pond and many open parks and spaces. The town centre offers a range of local shopping facilities and lots of independent and chain restaurants too.
