I bought this apartment as a new build back in 2008 as my first home, after viewing a few other apartments in the development that had already been completed I decided to wait for this apartment specifically as soon as I was shown the plans.

I was sold on the living area from the minute I saw it, the bay window, the only two bed in Kingsquarter that I could easily fit a dining table in the living area, the amount of natural light due it being one of the only apartments with windows facing out onto both sides of the building - it just stood out over all the others I had seen.

As well as the living area, I bought this apartment safe in the knowledge I could secure my children a place in the outstanding Oldfield Primary School and when the time came that we outgrew it, it has been a great rental property that has housed two wonderful families over the past four years and achieved a great rental price in the process.

It is with a heavy heart that I am putting this apartment up for sale, a move north however forces my hand as I can no longer manage the property efficiently from the Midlands and I have too many memories with this property to hand over the reigns to an agent.

I sincerely hope someone makes as many happy memories as I have with Blenheim Court and I have no doubt they will.
