The owners originally bought Ryvoan in 2010 because they love nature and views. However, after fourteen happy years here they have decided now is the time to move on to the next stage of their lives. Also, I have been advised the roof is sound, the gutters have been replaced and a new consumer unit was added in 2017. Ryvoan is situated in a tranquil spot yet it's only a five minute walk along West Malvern Road to Wyche Cutting: a popular location for those that love walking, running and cycling. The magnificent Malvern Hills, Worcester Beacon and it's numerous paths are only a stone's throw away.
