Why the owner loves the property:
We moved here nearly 14 years ago and have absolutely loved it, only reason we are moving is to downsize. Our children went to the two excellent catchment schools Waddesdon Primary and Waddesdon senior schools. The village of Waddesdon has local shop, pubs and restaurants. There is a free school bus service which takes village children 5 mins down the road to and from Waddesdon schools. There are dog walks right on our doorstep just at the end of Lower Green and brilliant off road cycling and running tracks on our doorstep to Waddesdon Manor. In 30 mins we can be in the centre of Oxford and easy access to Bicester and Aylesbury. We are 15 mins away from Aylesbury Parkway and Haddenham rail stations giving direct access to London. From Haddenham you can travel by train to Birmingham. Walk across the fields and in 30 mins you are in Waddesdon Village. The lovely market town of Thame is a short 20 minute drive away. Westcott is a little hidden gem. Lower Green is a quiet no through road. There is a local Westcott Cricket Club with bar that is open to the public.
