This is a quality apartment in a great location situated on Green Belt and is appealing to a variety of buyers. For those looking to downsize there is ample room to make a comfortable home, first time buyers have a great opportunity to get on the housing ladder and investors have an excellent opportunity (in my opinion) to add to their portfolio with there being a large demand for rental property in this area.

This is a first floor apartment that offers bright, airy and spacious accommodation.

Upon entering this apartment you are immediately greeted with ceilings and tall Georgian windows. Picture rails are evident throughout and as well as a large master bedroom with built in wardrobes there is a secondary bedroom.

One of my favourite rooms is the kitchen/dining room. This is a comfortable space and totally designed for those informal entertaining moments when everyone gathers in the kitchen whilst dinner is being prepared.

The grounds of this listed house are immense and ample enough to enjoy your own space or socialising with neighbours. You have access to the Secret Garden (not all the residents do) and if you are lucky enough you will catch a glimpse or two of the local deer population. There is a fenced off pond that also attracts plenty of wildlife and there is a great feeling of peace and serenity.

However, you are not totally excluded from the outside as you are located between Eversley and Yateley. Both these are in walking distance so if you would like to get out and about there are lots of places to go.

If you like cricket on a Saturday or Sunday then feel free to walk down to the Eversley Cricket ground which has a pavillion for both social and playing members (behind there is an enormously popular sport area for football and a huge indoor cricket training facility). As you walk to the cricket ground you will pass The Frog and Wicket Public House which is pretty popular and a little further on you will come across The Chequers and The Greyhound both of which are highly regarded for the food and drink.

A walk in the opposite direction will bring you to Yateley - could also be a short drive. The first think of note is as you enter Yateley Waitrose is almost upon you. It is a sizeable store and provides excellent service to the whole community. Alongside Waitrose is your nearest medical centre, chemist and newsagency. There are wealth of other shops in the town and The Dog and Partridge is highly thought off with its' award winning roast dinners. Yateley is also home to numerous state schools and two private schools all of which are recommended. Shops, cafes, gyms, hairdressers, beauty salons, vets the list goes on.

The M3, M4 and A30 are all within a short drive so getting into London, going West or South West is not a problem. Heathrow is circa 35 minutes drive away. Large shopping centres can be found at The Meadows and Camberley or Basingstoke. Perhaps one of the biggest bonuses however is having copious amounts of countryside on your doorstep. Bridleways are plentiful and there are a few liveries close by.
