Stunning detached and extended character cottage enjoying flexible living accommodation with 4 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private balcony, detached double garage with storage above, extensive gated driveway, gardens of around 1 acre including mature vineyard and magnificent unbroken views of the Malvern Hills.

Fabulous features include flagstone floors, character doors, Rayburn Nouvelle cooker, contemporary farmhouse Shaker style kitchen with granite worktops, downstairs wet room, garden room with dual aspect French doors, double-glazed hardwood windows throughout, parking for several vehicles, two staircases, master bedroom with ensuite, oil-fired heating plus electric underfloor heating in garden room.

Location:

The property is conveniently located in the popular rural village of Littleworth, just outside the city of Worcester, within easy access of the M5 and the new Worcester Parkway Railway Station which has direct trains between Worcester and London Paddington, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bristol and the South West.

Littleworth village benefits from NJK Primary School, a pub, a thriving Village Hall with licensed community café/pub, a large children’s play area, vending shop, sports areas and tennis court. The village is about 5 minutes from Worcester Parkway Railway Station, 6 minutes from M5 Junction 7, 12 minutes from Pershore / Pershore High School, 15 minutes from Worcester City and approx. 8 minutes from the nearest large supermarket.

Owners Comments:

The White Cottage has been our lovely home and sanctuary for the past 27 years and it is now time for another family to enjoy this glorious place.

Our children grew up here and have often said how incredibly privileged they felt during their earlier years living in such a beautiful spot. They were proud to invite their friends over for get- togethers, sleepovers and mini-festivals in the garden.

We’ve enjoyed the privacy but also the practicality of living not far from Worcester and Pershore with all the facilities, great schools (including the village school Norton-Juxta-Kempsey just yards away), shops, restaurants etc. It has given us the best of both worlds. A peaceful, private oasis to retreat to, away from the eyes of the world. You really are in a world of your own. But we’re also only a stone’s throw from everything you could ever need.

Our work has often involved travel to other parts of the UK, so the close proximity to the M5 motorway, and now also Parkway Station has always been a huge bonus.

We could go on and on, but let’s end with our favourite feature of this house – the glorious unbroken views of The Malvern Hills, which look different every day, and the stunning and breathtaking evening sunsets. Wow!

Agents Comments:

A true aspirational lifestyle home within prime Worcestershire location. A life goal of mine is to have views of the Malvern Hills, and at White Cottage, they don't come much better!
This is topped off by having a detached garage with further scope and potential along with its own private vineyard! The property itself drips in character and charm. All sat within a stones throw of local amenities and in easy reach of the Parkway. A real gem if you are looking for your forever home.
