The cottage offers light, airy and attractively presented accommodation comprising a lovely sun room spanning the width of the house and forming the main entrance to the property, a pretty sitting room with stripped floorboards and an open fire. This leads to the rear hallway where there are doors to the well fitted kitchen and ground floor bathroom. On the first floor are three comfortable bedrooms.
To the front of the house the delightful south facing cottage garden provides the perfect environment in which relax and dine alfresco and to the rear is a walled and trellised courtyard with rear access and two brick built stores.
For room sizes please refer to the floorplan.
