Where is Sunnyside ?

Welcome to Sunnyside Lane, tucked away little street adjacent to Ashfield Avenue in Fairfield, Lancaster. This area is filled with beautiful period properties and is hugely popular among families and working professionals. It's not hard to see why when you have the city centre and train station available in under 10 minutes' walk while also living in a very peaceful and green location. You are not far away from the Fairfield Nature reserve and a little beyond that the canal offers walks all the way to Glasson Dock. For more practical things, there is a small convenience shop over on Sibsey Street but the larger Sainsburys and Aldi are just on the outskirts of the city centre.

This wonderful cottage has recently been fully refurbished and offers period charm in every room. We enter the extended kitchen, with wooden counters and good storage, and then on through to the main reception room. Upstairs there are two rooms, the Master bedroom, a good size double with space for wardrobes and drawers. And we also have a spacious shower room, with the bathroom there is space for a washer/dryer and the boiler is also in the airing cupboard. From the main reception room, we can head outside through the undersize door to the cute little courtyard, with enough room for a table and chairs to enjoy some outside space in peace.
