The layout is incredibly bright and spacious, thanks in large part to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that flood the space with natural light throughout the day.
One of my favourite features is the two large balconies, which not only extend the living space but also offer a great spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors, have friends over, and light the BBQ. There is also the luxury of being able to have morning coffees in complete privacy on the 20" balcony next to the bedroom, which we love doing.
The close and building are maintained beautifully and for peace of mind, I have a long lease of 116 years remaining.
The location is another huge plus, as you are just a short walk to parks and the station, which makes commuting really convenient as I work in the city. There is also a library, leisure centre, gym, Costa, café, restaurants, shops, and several supermarkets nearby, so being able to work out, relax, or shop for essentials is quick and easy. You never have to travel too far, as almost everything is on your doorstep.
All in all, it’s a modern, comfortable, and well-connected place to live, and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. It was a great first home for me and my family. However, as my daughter is about to turn three, we feel that we've now outgrown the space. I am sure the next owners will fall in love with the flat just as I did."
