I've loved living so close to nature, with nearby Lloyd Park and Coombe Wood Gardens; and also the proximity to town with local favourites including 'Galicia' and 'Bagatti’s' restaurants, the Art & Craft (- many a craft beer enjoyed here), and Fern for a cocktail.

I have greatly enjoyed living here for the past decade, the flat has served me well, but it's time for me to move on to my next chapter. I hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as I have."
