***Open Day Saturday 28th September 2024 (by appointment only)*** ***Vendor's comments: "When I first viewed the flat, 10 years ago, I was wowed by the spacious living/ dining space, and wonderful floor-to-ceiling green views of the trees within the communal garden below (beautifully maintained by a fellow resident of the block) - a view I take full advantage of when working from home. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, it's easy to forget you're just a stone's throw away from central Croydon!

I have enjoyed making the flat my home, with various refurbishment projects over the years, my most proud being the kitchen - I am a keen cook and have got a lot of use out of it.

I grew up in the area and, as an adult now working in central London, the flat has been ideally located for commuting - a short 15min walk to East (or South) Croydon station, where there are regular trains into central London (or Brighton! for a trip to the coast).

I've loved living so close to nature, with nearby Lloyd Park and Coombe Wood Gardens; and also the proximity to town with local favourites including 'Galicia' and 'Bagatti’s' restaurants, the Art & Craft (- many a craft beer enjoyed here), and Fern for a cocktail.

I have greatly enjoyed living here for the past decade, the flat has served me well, but it's time for me to move on to my next chapter. I hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as I have."
