This modern semi-detached house is situated in a popular residential area and is convenient for all the excellent local amenities of this thriving East Devon Village.

The house has been in the same ownership for over 50 years and during that time has been extended to provide comfortable family accommodation. A useful front porch opens into a lounge/dining room with French doors to the rear garden. The kitchen adjoins a large utility room (or potential study) which connects with both the garden and the garage. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms and bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. There is uPVC double glazing and electric night storage heating.

Outside
To the front there is a driveway which leads to a single garage with up and over door, light and power and a neat front garden with lawn, mature plants and roses. At the rear there is an enclosed sunny and level rear garden ideal for those with small children and pets.

Directions
From the A30 proceed to the centre of the village and go over the railway crossing and turn immediately right into Station Road. Go past the Spa shop and turn right into York Crescent then first left into Wells Avenue. The house will be found on the left after the left turn into Coventry Close.

Location
Feniton is a village and civil parish in East Devon, lying 4 miles west of Honiton and 3 miles north of Ottery St Mary. Feniton comprises two related communities, the original village of Feniton, frequently known locally as ‘old’ Feniton, and the newer part of the village centred around the railway station which is on the Waterloo line offering links to Exeter and London. The village has a range of shops and has good road links via the A30 and M5. Exeter and its International Airport is within easy travelling distance. Feniton is also in the catchment area for The Kings School.
