The Property:
Tucked away in a private setting with beautiful views of the South Downs, Westwood Cottage offers peace and quiet. Set within the immaculately kept garden, the property has retained a cottage style but has been modernised throughout. Upon entering the property is a spacious entrance hall, cloak-cupboard and WC. The accommodation leads through to the kitchen/diner; the double aspect allows for plenty of natural light and french doors open to the west facing back garden and patio with views of the fields and woodland beyond. To the left is a useful utility/boot room. The kitchen leads round to the dining room which again opens onto the garden and enjoys views of surrounding countryside. Doors open to the very generous sitting room which has been recently updated and features a newly fitted cassette-style woodburning stove. The first floor is made up of the very spacious principal bedroom and ensuite, second double bedroom, family bathroom and single fourth bedroom all with great views which makes this house special. Stairs rise again to the second floor which offers another double bedroom with ample storage. Externally is a driveway for up to 5 vehicles plus a large double garage with spacious room above currently used as a home office.
