VENDORS COMMENTS What have you always liked about this property or what are its unique features? Beautiful light, especially in the kitchen and living room in the mornings and in the bedrooms at sunset. This house is incredibly efficient and cheap to heat, is quiet and well-insulated from outside noise. Brilliant storage on the top floor and the huge loft, and direct access out the back from the garden to put the bins out is really useful. The location is great for Lewisham shops.
What are your neighbours like? All very pleasant long-term owner-occupiers, except for one household of renters who have been there for over 15 years. A really nice sense of community and absolutely no issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.
What other improvements have you made to your property? General painting and decorating, new flooring/carpets throughout, recently re-insulated and decked the loft.
Why have you decided to sell your property? We are staying in the local area, but want more outside space.
What do you dislike about this property? An honesty note. Upstairs living room doesn't work for our family.
Which fences are yours? We are not certain, but we think fences to the left are our responsibility
