I love living here because the people in the community are all very nice, polite and caring. The neighbourhood is good ? not noisy ? and the neighbours are very caring and always say hello? they love making polite conversation.
The street is not a through-road, so not many cars come down the road. It is very nice and quiet at night, and it is also a permit road; meaning that only the cars that hold a permit can park here.
You can also purchase a visitors? voucher for parking, but Saturdays and Sundays are free ? allowing visitors to park on the street outside.
The area is very convenient for travelling, as we have two train stations nearby ? St Johns & Lewisham ? not to mention Lewisham DLR Station and also the handy bus network.
Getting into London is so very quick! The park is close by, where you can go for walks and to exercise, and there is a little playground for children too.
You can also feed the ducks here, and the area gets cleaned by the street cleaners regularly.
Last but not least, there is a local Asda, a Screwfix, and gymnasium ? which is only round the corner ? and a sweet shop for a paper or if you need to get a pint of milk."
