Situated just outside Salcombe, Soar Mill Cove is a small sandy beach situated along the beautiful South Hams Coastline located between the popular sailing town of Salcombe and picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove.

Occupying an enviable position 33 Salcombe Retreat enjoys unspoilt views across the rolling countryside and out to sea. Beautifully presented throughout the open plan living area is light and bright with a well-equipped kitchen and double doors leading out onto a spacious decking. To the rear are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and an additional family bathroom. The lodge benefits from one allocated parking space adjacent to the lodge.

Nestled between sandy beaches and the open countryside Soar Mill Cove provides excellent access to both. The South West Coastal path is just a short distance providing excellent scenery and miles of paths to explore. The popular town of Salcombe is just a short drive with its many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops with ferries running to the sandy beaches of North Sands and Millbay. Further amenities can be found a short distance away in the popular market town of Kingsbridge.

The lodge can be used for 11 months of the year but must be vacated from mid-January to mid-February. The lodges have a strong rental history.
