Cil - y - nant is situated in the middle of a lovely plot currently fenced off into several parts. To the front of the property is a good sized tarmacadam area with parking for multiple vehicles. The front garden is a good size and is mainly laid to lawn with a fence separating it from next door. To the rear of the property is a garden which has been separated to allow roaming space for chickens as well as a log store and a wonderful barbecue and seating area also accessible from the living room patio doors.
