A big consideration for me was the bed; I didn't want it to look like a bed during the day, so I use it as a day bed during the day with use of cushions and it becomes a conventional bed at night-time with pillows. Another selling point for me when I bought the flat was that I have no neighbours above or to one side of me, so less chance of noise nuisance. Attention to detail has been considered throughout with specification of high-end taps, door furniture, dimmable lighting, joinery, tiling and underfloor heating, as well as supplementary heating in the main room and bathroom. This flat is a one-off and I hope it brings the next occupant as much joy as it's brought me. Lastly, the sense of community living here, really important. If you are looking for a walk in and ready to live property this is for you. I would recommend both a daytime and night-time visit to fully appreciate what this flat has to offer and so you can get a real feel for it.
