Ownership of the estate road, connecting Kings Hill to the western boundary of the property shall be retained by the vendor, but full and free access rights shall be granted to the buyer and successors in title (including all future owners of the developed properties). Full and free rights to construct, lay, maintain and use all services will be granted over the estate road.
