If you are looking for something that is different to everything else on the market then we may have found your new home. Nestled behind Earlswood common is this truly unique property with enough space for most modern families.

Full of character but with a contemporary finish, this is a house where you can move straight in without needing to do any work at all. The gorgeous decor and high quality materials used in this superb property will blow you away.

The ground floor is perfect for entertaining with a large, open plan, wrap around living and dining space which opens onto the kitchen area, ideal for those Christmas get-togethers. In addition there is also a conservatory which opens onto the secluded rear garden, a utility room and a cloakroom. With so much to offer on the ground floor we are struggling to find any faults.

If the ground floor alone isn't enough, then the two upper floors will amaze you. With four double bedrooms the kids won't be squabbling over who gets what room. The luxurious family bathroom is complemented by the handy en-suite bathroom.

Earlswood station is a short walk away perfect for anyone needing to use the train to commute to either London or Brighton. For anyone with children the local nursery, infant school and junior schools are within walking distance too.

What the Owner says:

When we first saw this property we were immediately struck with how it contrasted to all the other houses we saw at the time.

Most people don't even realise it is here, it is so quiet and secluded but yet so easy to get to all the local amenities

Our children have grown up in this house and it will be sad to leave, but we are looking forward to starting a new chapter in different surroundings. We hope the new owners make a many happy memories here as we did.
