A note from the seller
“We’ve had the most amazing time living here!
The flat feels like a quiet cottage tucked behind the park, the beautiful garden blooms with peonies & roses in the summer. We’ve put in a pond, planted fruit & veg and made elderflower cordial from the tree for our wedding favours. Friends have loved many a bbq on our patio over the years.
Manor House & Finsbury Park 10-15 mins walk, buses outside will take you to Dalston, Clapton, Highbury & Islington, Green Lanes & Newington Green in no time at all.
The best bit, Church Street is a short walk through Clissold Park for Friday morning pastries from Spence, sing alongs at Auld Shillelagh, Sunday tacos at Sonora and indulgent dinners at the Clarence. Blackstock Road is full of gems like Bookbar and Top Cuvee. Brewed Coffee round the corner means an excellent coffee is 2 mins away."
