"87 Chudleigh Road has been in the family for 17 years, and we all have really fond memories of living here. Although we will be very sad at leaving the house, we know it will be an amazing home for another family.

So, what makes it so special? It's a really comfortable, welcoming house, spacious and full of light. It has a mix of modern comforts, with plenty of period features. There always seems to be enough space to find a quiet corner however many people are in, and everyone will have a double bedroom (no boxrooms here!).

The garden is a great size and contains apple and pear trees, a fig tree, grape vine, wild strawberries and raspberries. We let the lawn rewild itself during No Mow May, and it was absolutely buzzing with pollinators. My favourite spot is sitting on the patio in the morning sunshine having breakfast or a coffee. The late afternoon sun shines at the bottom of the garden, where we have put our garden table.
