You are first greeted by your own street entrance leading through to a lovely entrance hall, with lounge off to the left that can be used as another bedroom as has a king size sofa bed with pocket sprung mattress; this room has doors that can separate the other living area making this a cosy place to sleep as well. From the hallway you have a shower room and door leading through to the master bedroom with en-suite modern bathroom. The end of the hallway opens up to the living area/kitchen with patio doors leading out to the pretty, walled rear garden with shrubs, plants and seating areas to enjoy those sunny days and evenings, being south and west facing it gets the afternoon and evening sun. This living area has a lovely fireplace with a wooden bespoke kitchen at the other end providing all your self catering needs along with a table and chairs. There is also the benefit of having a utility room with washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer plus side door access to outside, too.
This property is just a few minutes walk to the beach and Hove lagoon with the children`s play area, watersports, outside paddling pool and Fatboy Slim`s Big Beach Cafe. Nearby is Richardson Road which has some lovely smaller shops and cafes and along Church Road, Hove, just 15 minutes walk, there are many shops, bars, restaurants and a large Tesco`s supermarket near George street with more shops and restaurants. We can also highly recommend Rockwater on Hove seafront which has a fantastic retractable roof upstairs and a terrace - perfect for those summers` evenings for a few drinks/dinner/lunch while taking in the sea view!
King Alfred leisure centre with its gym and swimming pool facilities is approximately a 10 minute walk.
There are good transport links to Central Brighton, with the numbers 1, 6 and 700 buses taking you to the the city centre, plus Hove station is within walking distance.
The property is close to the sea so we would recommend a beautiful seafront walk to Brighton. Alternatively, if you prefer a walk in the countryside then the South Downs is a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction! Beautiful scenery and charming villages.
