This homely gem is located less than 30 seconds from Central Park and hosts one of the largest communal spaces and some of the most generously sized bedrooms in our Portfolio!

*The majority of our contracts are 50 weeks, running from the 1st September 2025 to the 16th August 2026, a very limited amount of our properties offer shorter contracts, the ones that do not, occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, when we refer them directly to the landlord.
